In 2019 I founded and ran a SaaS company focused on Warehouse Management Systems, where we bridged the gap between digital tools and physical processes. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for operational complexity and how to improve it through systems thinking. I enjoy analyzing how processes work, identifying efficiencies, and translating that into practical improvements. My focus is on making systems more usable and reliable.
