Problem
Planners were manually reconciling stock, lead times, and open sales orders across multiple systems. Shortages typically surfaced only after they had already caused missed delivery dates.
Rocketeer project
Procurement platform that forecasts and surfaces potential product availability shortages, and autonomously reschedules sales orders to mitigate them.
Overview
Koolog sits on top of the existing ERP and continuously ingests procurement, inventory, and sales-order data through Kafka. A forecasting service projects stock levels forward and flags SKUs that are on track to run short. When a shortage is detected, the platform automatically evaluates the affected sales orders and reschedules delivery dates against the earliest realistic supply date, keeping planners informed via a React dashboard.

Problem
Planners were manually reconciling stock, lead times, and open sales orders across multiple systems. Shortages typically surfaced only after they had already caused missed delivery dates.
Solution
A unified procurement platform that streams data from the ERP into a forecasting engine, surfaces at-risk SKUs before they become critical, and closes the loop by proposing (and, where safe, applying) sales-order rescheduling.
Impact
Cut manual shortage-tracking time significantly and reduced late deliveries by catching shortages earlier in the planning horizon.
